Founded in Tanzania, our mission is to strengthen the capacity of indigenous women in addressing human rights, environmental, economic, and social challenges that affect their communities. By blending traditional knowledge with modern practices, we aim to create sustainable solutions that not only conserve the environment but also protect the cultural heritage and rights of indigenous communities.

Through our work, we provide vital training on leadership, gender equality, and climate change, ensuring that women are empowered to take active roles in decision-making and environmental stewardship.
